Our database is growing on a daily basis. We receive music content from major labels and publishers, digital distributors and indie labels, artists and composers. We keep our database updated with the aim of identifying all music played worldwide. However, there is a possibility that we fail to report a track in Vericast. If this is the case, we’ll then figure out where the problem lies, and we’ll solve it:
We weren’t recording the channel when the track was played.
We don't have the track in our database and you still need to upload it.
There is a problem with the quality of the recording and we can't match the play with any reference from our database.
Each of the aforementioned cases may have a feasible solution, so we kindly ask you to send us an email with the details (date, time of the play and metadata of the track) and we will study and try to solve it.
