Our database is growing daily but there is a possibility that we don't report a track in Vericast. If this is the case, we must make sure if the problem resides in any of the following situations:
we don't have the recordings of the channel at the exact time when the track was played.
we don't have the track in our database and you still need to upload it.
there is a problem with the quality of the recording or the audio version and we can't match the plays with our database.
Each of the aforementioned cases might have a feasible solution, so we kindly ask you to send us an e-mail with details (date, time of the play and metadata of the track) and we will study it accurately.
